Q: Does RotasaR accept credit cards and cheque payments?
A: Yes, you could pay using Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Eurocard and all cards bearing the Borica logo. You may also pay in cash - in Bulgarian Leva (BGN), Euro (EUR) or United States Dollars (USD), according to the official exchange rate announced by the Bulgarian National Bank on a daily basis. We regret to announce we do not accept payments by cheques.

Q: Are there any ATM's (Automatic Telling Machines) near the RotasaR?
A: Yes, there are a number of ATM's just outside the hotel that welcome all major debit and credit cards. Furthermore, several bank offices are located minutes away from the hotel.

Q: Can I exchange my forex at the reception desk?
A: No, but you could use one of the many exchange bureaus or bank offices nearby the hotel. Ask the receptionist for directions.
